Gonzalve Bich is a seasoned business leader and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience driving global growth, operational transformation, and value creation. As the former CEO of BIC, a leading global brand in consumer products, he led the company through a comprehensive modernization, expanding revenue to over €2 billion and increasing the annual innovation rate to 10% of Net Sales. He also executed targeted M&A transactions adding new business verticals in Personal Care, Digital Writing and Tattoo, and optimized BIC’s global manufacturing footprint and procurement network.

Prior to his role as CEO, Gonzalve held leadership positions across Business Development, Marketing, Innovation, and Global Operations, revitalizing BIC’s presence in Asia and expanding operations in Brazil and Africa. He began his career at Deloitte, as a management consultant.

Additionally, Gonzalve serves as an independent board member to Weber BBQ’s and OPMobility, as well as lectures at top business schools in the US and Europe. He is an active investor and advisor to nascent consumer brands.
