Melissa Beight

Senior Associate

Melissa is a Senior Associate at Altai Ventures. She is also the Global Development Lead at Women in Innovation, a non-profit founded to increase the impact and influence of women in innovation, and co-founder of the Women in Innovation Awards platform.

Prior to joining Altai, Melissa was a Senior Manager at Vivaldi, a business transformation firm, where she managed B2B and B2C clients across automotive software, education, and financial services, helping them in the areas of GTM transformation, business strategy, and product strategy. She also worked with early-stage startups to define their MVP, refine their pitch decks, and identify the next evolution of their platform.

Prior to Vivaldi, she led user research, UX, product strategy, and design thinking/innovation at Motivate Design.

Throughout her career, she has worked with clients across multiple industries, with a heavy focus in financial services and technology, including: First Republic Bank, Capital One, Current, Commonwealth, Cox Automotive, and CapIntel.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Parsons School of Design, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Design and Management.
